Buying a business

We have been working with a couple of people who want to buy businesses. Getting good financial information from the seller has been key to determining the value of the business so that they can start the process of negotiating a deal that everyone can agree on.
The path to a successful deal can be lengthy, with many twists, turns, and decisions along the way. We’ve worked with our clients to help them understand what goes on, what they are getting into, and whether the numbers work. Although it is sometimes frustrating, it’s a good feeling in the end to know that we have helped our client negotiate the best deal possible under the circumstances.
